‘De-Story’ は10日間、240 時間のパフォーマンス。特別に構成された箱に作家は240時間入り、その全時間を公開した。後見人がおり、箱に入りっきりになっている作家とこのパフォーマンス全体をサポートした。箱は幅は90cmで、 高さ185cm（立つことができる）、高さ135cm（座ることができる）、高さ60cm（横たわることができる）の3 つの高さを持つ部分からなり、全体で、最長部 2.7mの1 つの箱となっている。箱の内部はすべて白に塗られ、スイッチのある 6ワットの蛍光灯が 2 つ設置されている。換気口は来場者が内部を覗き見ることができない構造になっている。箱の外部には円形のスピーカーがあり、イコライザーを通した作家の心臓の音を常に会場に響かせている。作家の食 糧は、特別に用意され後見人によって定時に2 重になっている小扉から入れられた。排便は高さ185cmの部分につながっているビルに設置された小さな便所で行われた。 ‘De-Story’ is the performance (period of 10 days, 240 hours). This box constructed with sound proof wood (5cm in width)
has three small vent holes. These vent holes are structured so that people are incapable of peeping through. Specially prepared food had been carried by the guardian through double structured door at appointed time. The excretion had been done through the part at 185cm in high which is connected to a small toilet of the building. Inside of the box is painted all white. Two 6W fluorescence lamps with on-off switch are installed inside. The constructed box is equipped with round shaped speaker on the outside. And Shuzo Azuchi Gulliver’s heart beat was projected through equalizer for all the time in the room.
